All bookings, quotations, and reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by BCT Luxury. Journey details should be reviewed carefully at the time of booking so vehicle type, timings, passenger count, luggage requirements, and itinerary expectations are accurate.

If any part of the journey changes after confirmation, including collection time, location, waiting time, route, or passenger requirements, we may need to revise the quoted price or service plan to reflect the updated brief.

Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and may include vehicle allocation, chauffeur time, route planning, and any specifically listed extras. Additional charges may apply where the booking changes materially, includes unplanned waiting time, or requires extra mileage, tolls, parking, or special arrangements.

Payment terms may vary depending on the booking type, lead time, and account status. Corporate clients may be offered invoicing arrangements by agreement, while private bookings may require payment in advance or within the timeframe stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or cancellation charges will depend on notice given, journey type, and any costs already committed on your behalf, including specialist vehicle allocation or event-specific logistics.

We monitor journeys carefully and make every reasonable effort to deliver punctual service. Even so, traffic conditions, severe weather, security events, road closures, flight disruption, and other circumstances outside our control may affect journey timing. In such cases we will communicate promptly and work to provide the best available alternative.

Passengers are expected to treat vehicles, chauffeurs, and any third-party staff with respect at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where there is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or unreasonable behaviour, or where a passenger places the chauffeur, vehicle, or public at risk.

Clients may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning costs, or losses arising from passenger actions during the booking. Where relevant, we may invoice reasonable repair, reinstatement, or downtime costs connected to that damage.

BCT Luxury will use reasonable care and skill in providing its services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
